Wear it regularly

The more you wear your watch, the more active it remains.
If you are not going to wear it for several days, remember to:

Clean it regularly
Dirt, dust, or perspiration can accumulate on your watch. To keep it shiny:

Use a soft microfiber cloth to wipe the case and glass

For the bracelet (steel or rubber), a little warm water and mild soap are sufficient

Avoid getting leather straps wet, which can warp or wear out prematurely
